Vienna Residenz - Stil Apartment

We liked an apartment and I fall in love with Vienna. Positive: The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed. The owner Lucas was in touch all the time and responded immediately. We appreciate it! Negative: There was facade’s construction around the building. We could not open the windows in a day time because of the dust of construction, just in a night time.

生活機能完善，房東溫暖和善環境安靜明亮乾淨真心推薦給親朋好友。以這樣的住宿品質、地點與服務來說，CP 值真的非常高，絕對值得五星推薦！ Positive: 房子明亮、乾淨、舒適又安全，每個角落都整理得非常整潔，讓人一進門就有回到家的放鬆感。廚房設備、餐具、洗衣機等生活用品一應俱全，即使住上好幾天也非常方便。

Weekend Wenen Positive: De hulp van de eigenaar die veel tips gaf en zeer snel reageerde op vragen. Daarnaast zeker ook de locatie dichtbij winkels en een tram waar je overal mee kon geraken. Negative: /

Positive: Wir haben in Wien Freunde besucht und uns hauptsächlich zum Schlafen in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Frisch renoviertes Bad, gute Betten und geräuscharm. Also genau was wir gesucht haben. Ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber noch dazu. Herzlichen Dank!

Prišli z dvema majhnima otrokoma, ki sta uživala. Dnevna z jedilnico je bil njun svet zjutraj in zvečer, čez dan pa Duna Positive: Predvsem mir in lokacija, ker imaš več možnosti dostopa v mesto. Družina se je počutila varno, saj je okoliš res miren. Negative: Mogoče smo pogrešali dvigalo, saj je stanovanje v prvem nadstropju, ker smo imeli voziček ampak nič hudega, malo vaje ne škodi. :) Škoda, da nimajo lastne garaže, a Dunaj ima možnost PR garaže in plačaš 4€/24ur, ter 28€ za tedensko karto za vse tri javne prevoze (tramvaj, ubahn bus).
